2. Product Availability & Customization

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Since we are a home-based baker:

• Products are made fresh to order
• Custom cake orders require advance notice (typically 3-7 days)
• Availability may be limited based on our production capacity
• We reserve the right to refuse or modify orders that cannot meet our quality standards
• All customizations must be agreed upon before order confirmation

3. Ordering & Payment

When placing an order:

• You provide accurate and complete contact information
• All order details are confirmed before payment
• Payment is due in full before order production begins
• We accept cash payments upon pickup or delivery
• Bank transfers and online payment options may be available - contact us for details
• All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP)
• Taxes (if applicable) will be clearly stated before final confirmation

4. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the delivery/pickup date
• Cancellations within 7 days may result in a non-refundable deposit loss
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in full payment forfeiture

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are only issued for valid cancellations as per our cancellation policy
• Refunds for product dissatisfaction must be reported immediately upon delivery
• We stand behind our products and will work to resolve quality issues
• Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

5. Delivery & Pickup

Pickup:

• Must be completed on the agreed date and time
• The customer is responsible for proper handling after pickup
• Any issues with the product must be reported at pickup time

Delivery:

• Delivery is available within Zamboanga City
• Delivery fees may apply based on location
• Delivery times must be agreed upon beforehand
• Customer is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive delivery
• We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery is completed

6. Product Specifications & Quality

All our cakes are:

• Made with fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Produced in a home-based kitchen (not a commercial facility)
• Subject to standard food safety practices
• Customized according to agreed specifications

Important: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee products are free from all allergens as we work in a home kitchen.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and layout of this website, including all text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Ameer Cake or used with permission. You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or distribute website content without permission
• Use our images or descriptions to promote competing products
• Claim ownership of designs or custom cake ideas we create for you

Custom Cake Designs: Custom designs created for you are for your personal use only. You may share photos on social media with credit to Ameer Cake, but you may not use the design for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Testimonials & Reviews

By submitting a testimonial, review, or rating:

• You grant Ameer Cake permission to use your name, image, and feedback on our website and social media
• You certify that your testimonial is truthful and accurate
• You agree that your testimonial may be edited for clarity and length
• You can request removal of your testimonial at any time

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ameer Cake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to: lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
